Captain Arrgh (aka Fred Kinney) was the subject of a time travell mission created by Dr. Leon Kick. All was good untill he came back as a pirate and made Dr. Kick go and do it to become apart of his crewe. Captain Arrgh and Captain Kick then commited crimes around Gotham and Arkham untill they was caught and locked up by Batman and Robin.
